Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is exclusively for IKEA Family members and is valid for purchases made from 1 Aug 25 - 31 Aug 25.
2. This cash coupon is to purchase home furnishing items at IKEA Bangna, IKEA Bang Yai, IKEA Sukhumvit, IKEA Phuket and IKEA Chiang Mai only. (Excluding online purchases and IKEA services such as sewing, picking, installation, assembly and home delivery, etc.)
3. Every purchase of 15,000 THB from home furnishing purchases in-store entitles customers to receive a 1,000 THB cash coupon, or Every purchase of 5,000 THB from home furnishing purchases in-store entitles customers to receive a 200 THB cash coupon, excluding IKEA Food products, service fees, delivery fees, and assemble fees.
4. Each 1,000 THB cash coupon requires a minimum in-store purchase of 2,000 THB and Each 200 THB cash coupon requires a minimum in-store purchase of 500 THB.
5. The terms and conditions and expiry date of cash coupon are stated at the back of the cash coupon.
6. The cash coupon is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash and credit.
7. Only original cash coupons in good condition are accepted. Photocopied or photographed cash coupons will not be accepted.
8. IKEA reserves the right to process a refund for exchanged or returned products purchased with a cash coupon in the same manner and value as your original payment.
9. IKEA Thailand reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to reject the use of the cash coupon at any time. Reasonable grounds include any abuse or attempted abuse of the cash coupon; use or attempt to use in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions; and any reasonable suspicion or dishonesty in connection with usage of the cash coupon.
